Virtual Tours Devon is committed to providing a friendly and professional service. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review the following terms and conditions in full.
Intellectual Property
All imagery and content created by Virtual Tours Devon, including any subdomain of virtualtoursdevon.co.uk, remain the intellectual property of Virtual Tours Devon.
No images or content may be copied or distributed without prior written permission. The copyright for any purchased or supplied virtual tour, 360 photo, promotional video, or still image is retained by Virtual Tours Devon.
The Virtual Tours Devon logo is also protected by copyright and may not be used or distributed without prior written permission, except when linked to from another website or web page.
Photography Preparation
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all areas to be photographed are staged and clean prior to the photographer's arrival.
If the photographer experiences delays due to unprepared locations, a fee of £20/hour or part thereof will be charged.
Approval of Work
Once initial editing is complete, the project will be made available for review. The review period is limited to 7 days unless otherwise arranged.
After this period, if no feedback is received, an invoice for photography and editing work (including applicable travel costs) will be issued, minus the cost of tour delivery. Final project files will not be delivered in this case.
If the client is dissatisfied with the edited project, we will work to resolve any issues. If the client determines that the amended project does not meet their expectations and communicates this within the review period, the project will be closed with no payment required (excluding quoted travel costs).
Tour Hosting
Virtual Tours Devon cannot be held responsible for interruptions in hosting services provided by our hosting partner. While we have selected a hosting company with a strong track record, hosting services are provided without guarantee for the life of the business and may be withdrawn at any time.
After seven days from the invoice date, Virtual Tours Devon is not obligated to retain copies of the original photography.
Payment
Payment is due within 7 days of the project being available and an invoice being sent. For virtual tour, photo, and video projects, the content will be available during this time for the client to review and ensure the quality of imagery meets their requirements. Following this period, we reserve the right to withdraw the final preview or delay the provision of project files until payment is received.
We accept cash, PayPal, cheques, and electronic transfers to our bank account. Payment of the invoice constitutes acceptance of all work supplied with no further amendments required. Additional amendment requests after payment is received are subject to an hourly rate.
Delayed payment of the final invoice will incur a surcharge of 10% of the invoice value for each overdue week after 14 days from the invoice date.
